Product Description

MBS additive is commonly known as MBS resin. As one of the most important impact modifiers of PVC, MBS resin can both toughen at the same time, maximize the transparency of PVC, and compared with other impact modifiers, in the same amount of addition, can also greatly improve the toughness of products, so widely used in PVC and PBT/PC and other engineering plastics processing applications.

1. Function
Mainly use dry to improve the impact strength/toughness/flexibility/impact resistance/low temperature impact strength/weather resistance/aging resistance/durability of PVC. Its mechanism of action is to repair polymer chain breaks or broken chain breaks, and obtain good plasticizing products at low temperatures without affecting the transparency of PVC.

3. Reduce brittleness.

Iii. Application
The product can be used in PVC transparent containers, pharmaceutical packaging, transparent sheets and films and other fields to improve the impact strength of the product, especially for a variety of MBS transparent products, the number and impact strength of the added product depends on the demand, generally add 3-6 copies.
Mainly used as a replacement for the following products: B-621, BTA-717, MB-872, M-41, M-31.
